Watershed Consulting Associates provided Erosion Prevention-Sediment Control design and inspection services for the development of the Wells Subdivision in Barre, Vermont. Challenging site conditions including steep slopes, erodible soils, and close proximity to surface waters and wetland areas warranted an especially aggressive EPSC Plan.

Watershed Consulting Associates developed an EPSC strategy that limited concurrent disturbance, provided for rapid stabilization of soils, and captured mobilized sediment onsite with silt fencing or sediment basins.

Watershed Consulting Associates was retained after construction to provide monitoring and inspection services during the construction project to ensure the land owner and contractor remained in compliance with permit conditions.
