Watershed Consulting Associates was retained by the City of St. Albans, Vermont to map subwatershed drainage areas flowing into the combined sewer system and municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4), to conduct a spatial analysis of potential stormwater improvement projects within the City, and to develop a GIS database containing the mapping information to more precisely manage the separate and combined drainage network.
